""Murder On The Dancefloor"" reached No.2 again in the UK official charts in January 2024, 22 years since it released, and was recognized officially as the Biggest British Female Single of 2024 by the OCC. The resurgence of the hit happily coincided with Sophie's return to disco pop in the creation of 8th album Perimenopop via Decca Records which peaked at No.5 in the UK chart. Sophie also hosted the iconic New Year's Eve countdown show on BBC One to end 2024, and has just delivered her biggest international tour ever in 2025 performing across Europe, the US, Central America and Australia.
